Friday marks a very important day for the students of Lewisporte Collegiate — graduation day! Thirteen years of hard work, homework, and the occasional “day-off” will be coming to a close as the graduates prepare to leave the security of high school and enter the “real world.” Whether you are passing through the halls of the school or out on the sidewalk, these kids can’t wait to get out of school and on their own, and truth be told we all thought the same thing.
When someone would say, “These are the best years of your life,” we just couldn’t understand it! Let me tell you, it was the best years of our lives. As you leave high school, take more than your education with you, take your memories, the life lessons you’ve learned and take all the stuff out of your locker so someone else doesn’t have to do it for you. All the best to the grads of 2012 have fun and be safe on the best night of your life.
Congratulations
Congratulations and best wishes for a great grad night and a bright future! My cousin Tyler Burt is finishing high school, he started kindergarten the year I graduated high school and now your time has come! All the family is very proud of you, great job buddy.
